Begin with an enquiry via the contact form. After an initial consultation we issue a mutual NDA, then collect KYC documentation. Once KYC is approved we share indicative pricing and, on confirmation, a formal offer (FCO) followed by an executed SPA.

Minimums vary by product. As a guide: 100g bars for private clients, 1kg for institutional counterparties, and 5kg+ for doré and bulk allocations. Final minimums depend on stock, refinery availability and settlement terms.

For individuals: government-issued ID, proof of address, source-of-funds declaration, and beneficial-owner confirmation where applicable. For corporates: certificate of incorporation, register of directors, UBO declaration, authorised-signatory list, and recent bank reference. Additional documents may be requested based on transaction type and jurisdiction.

SWIFT wire transfer, Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG), all executed through regulated UAE banking partners. We do not accept cash and we do not request payment to personal accounts. Account details are only released in formal offer documents.

Applicable taxes depend on the transaction structure, jurisdiction and counterparty status. UAE-incorporated entities may benefit from specific free-zone tax treatments. We do not provide tax advice; please consult your own tax advisor.

Yes. All physical movements are handled by specialist logistics providers under marine-cargo and all-risk insurance. Storage arranged through licensed third-party vault operators is fully allocated, segregated and insured.

Typical lead times: 3–7 business days for products held in regional vault stock, 2–4 weeks for refinery-fresh product, and 4–8 weeks for custom formats or larger doré transactions, subject to assay and shipping.
